Complete design of unused basement space to create a one bedroom apartment complete with a stacked washer/dryer unit and full kitchen. Selected all furnishings, finishes and accessories and staged the home in preparation for rentals. With the addition of a pull out sofa this unit can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.
